Refund Policy

While every effort is made to ensure the quality of our products, if you find any damage or defects in the delivered product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery using the Contact Us form. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the customer's own reasons. (We do not accept returns or cancellations for reasons such as usability.)

If the delivered product is defective

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective, please contact us using the < Contact Us Form> within 3 days of receipt of the product.

After confirming the details of the defect, we will promptly replace the defective product or issue a refund.

If we deem it necessary to check the actual product to confirm the defect, we may ask you to send the product back to us.

We will bear the shipping costs for returning the item.

About the cooling-off system

Because this is a mail order service, it is not subject to the Cooling-Off System.

Once an order has been placed, we will begin preparing for shipment, so cancellations are not possible.

What to do if delivery is not completed

If delivery is not completed for the customer's convenience, no cancellation or refund can be made.

This includes cases such as an incomplete delivery address, refusal to receive the package, long-term absence, failure to post the package, etc.

We can reship your order within 5 business days from the date it is returned to us by the shipping company, upon payment of a reshipment fee ( ¥1,100 for orders within Japan, overseas orders will be quoted separately).

■Caution for orders from outside Japan

Due to international logistics conditions, we may not be able to deliver to your specified country/region.

If the expected delivery method becomes unavailable after the order has been completed, we will ship using another reasonable delivery method.

In that case, the customer will not be required to incur any additional costs.

If no other reasonable shipping method is available, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Orders can be canceled if products shipped internationally are refused, returned, or confiscated by the customs authorities in the delivery area.

Orders cannot be canceled or refused in the following cases

As a result of a customs inspection, the customer may be charged inspection fees, duties, customs fees, or other charges.

Confiscation or destruction due to refusal to do so.

Lost or stolen after completion. Please be especially careful with non-personal deliveries

If the delivery takes longer than expected.

  • 通信販売の為、クーリングオフ制度の対象外となります。


  • お客様のご都合により配達が完了しなかった場合、キャンセルや返金はできません。
    これは、お届け先住所の不備、受け取り拒否、長期不在、ポストに投函できなかった場合 等を含みます。


  • 国際物流の状況により、ご指定の国/地域への配送が出来なくなる場合があります。
  • 海外宛に発送された製品が配達地域の税関機関によって、拒否、返送、没収された場合、ご注文のキャンセルが可能です。
  • 以下のケースではキャンセルや受け取り拒否をすることはできません。
  • 税関検査の結果、検査料、関税、通関手数料等の費用がお客様に請求される場合があります。
  • 完了後の紛失、盗難。非対面配達の場合は特にご注意ください
  • お届けまでの日数が予定よりもかかっている場合
